Shipping
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. I will do my best to get them to you as soon as possible. However, I am a mom of 3 beautiful children (ages 15,13 and 5) and as you all know, some days are unpredictable.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds on custom orders. However, I want you to be 100% happy with your jewelry, so if there are any problems with your purchase please contact me and I will see what I can do to make you happy.
All personalized jewelry is custom, hand stamped and made to order. Therefore, there may be slight differences in the product you receive (ie. spacing and placing of letters/charms). Stamped jewelry is created by hand and each letter is hand set. The variation from item to item makes your piece truly a one of a kind. These variations should not be looked at as a flaw, but rather something that makes the piece unique.
